With the construction at there new building. I got lost in the wrong building looking for service for my Honda. Not one person seemed to be around or care to ask. I was walking down a hall completely frustrated and this really sweet voice said, "Can I help you!" She walked me out to my car and personally directed me to the right building and showed took me to the service desk at Honda. Very sweet young lady. Thank you Jamey or Janie!
Anyone thinking of leasing anything don’t do it they flat lied to me said there is no penalty for getting out early, there is! Every lease payment that you are getting out early is money they want . If I could give 0 I would. Also there service department sucks and can never seem to find a way to save you a penny. The you getter better deal on oil changes if you buy them in advance they didn’t seem to find it. I leased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma.
I have been very happy with the Helena Motors group. In the last few years I have bought 2 cars from Jim Knight. Never any pressure to buy and in the case of my second car the dealership did not have what I was looking for. Jim didn’t try to sell me something else, and told me he would keep an eye out. Several months later he let me know they might have what I wanted if I was still interested. Again no pressure when I looked at it, but it was exactly what I was looking for. I have always been treated well by everyone at the dealership. Have recommended several people to go see Jim for their car needs and they also found the perfect car with his help.

I called in the morning to see if a specific vehicle listed on their inventory was available and was told that it was. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready for me to take for a test drive. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and fair. They sold me the vehicle I wanted, nothing more and nothing less. I recommend this dealership
