Our installer, Michael, was very friendly. He helped explain more complex items. We were unaware that we would have a third party installer, and we received additional charges that we were unaware of. Make sure you ask more questions, but the installer and customer service was overall very good!
Two gentlemen showed up on time and one gentleman who was technician immediately reviewed my old alarm system which was installed by Brinks Alarm Co. in 2005 year and ADT bought that company and took over my system in the year of 2009. ADT never came out to my house and updated with ADT system and keep raising my alarm bill and I canceled around November 2016. ( I decided to try ADT alarm since I got the promotion brochure for the previous clients.) The technician worked very professionally while sales rep. explained ADT system and additional features, etc.
shawn was very professional and personable on round two of a pulse install. round two was needed because the pulse network was not available the first time he was here. the only thing that was tricky, was cell reception. i live in a pocket of bad CDMA service, so sometimes it takes a couple clicks of the activate button for it to stick. other than that, good to go ..
