They called me back a little while later and told me my computer was fine. They turned it on and off 3 times. So my monitor at home just went out.

I can understand $100 for the drive, and $9 to clone it. But $80 for labor?

They also said my computer was making noise so my hard drive was going bad. That’s funny, I ran a test on it and it showed nothing wrong. And I don't hear any sounds coming from my pc.

They told me to change the hard drive it would cost me $189.00
1) Power down the system
Brought my laptop in for repair with many issues. Although it took a couple of weeks to get finished, it was no fault of the staff due to custom parts having to be ordered from overseas. The other day at home my computer screen went white, and wouldn’t show anything just a white screen. I called them up and they said to bring my tower in, so I did.
5) Reconnect 2 cables to drive
They still wanted $55……. THEY DIDN’T DO ANY WORK TO IT OTHER THEN TURN IT ON AND OFF!!!….
3 months later hmmm my hard drive is still working fine with my new computer monitor.
