My sister recommended for us to come to Verizon store on Prospect instead of the one on Montana Ave. They were so helpful and nice, and treated me like they really cared about the problem instead of being a bother!! I am going to recommend this Verizon to all my friends!! They deserve high marks!!

Welcomed me the moment I stepped into the door, and great customer service throughout the visit. They explained every part of the process, and very helpful in picking out a new phone. They wanted me to have the best phone for my needs and helped me chose the phone I have now. They checked to make sure every photo, contact, and application was transferred and even cleaned off the screen afterwards before putting the phone into the case for me. Service exceeded my expectation.
