Ok so to start with the coverage is mediocre at best even tho they say comparable to Verizon. Second the deals u get u have to watch them due to lack of the employee doing what they say they will. And lastly we have customer service.....there is not a bit of it to be found in this store rude employees and management are a common staple. If ur thinking of switching I would warn u to these issues.
I just switched over to this company from Verizon to save in my Bill. The sales person I talked to was extremely awesome! But what actually pisses me off is I do not have service in my house or at work only txt and call... I am paying for data that I can't use I was told I will have data coverage and I don't... I haven't had this phone for a week and I am done with it ..
So much better than Verizon.
