This is most definitely a BUDGET property. Very small parking lot. Staff is friendly. Rooms are small, bathrooms definitely not clean, black around tub visible to all but never cleaned, sink disgusting with black under rim again not cleaned. Toilet had no lid and seat never went all around bowl, again disgusting. No elevator.
Great place to spend the night. The motel is clean and nice. Well located close to the highway. Friendly and useful staff. Good choices for breakfast. Big rooms.
All in all a good stay :)
The Front Desk Clerk, Cody, was extremely helpful. One of our towels had a stain on it. Cody apologized and gave us some extra towels - no questions asked. He also helped us log in to the wifi (two different devices, two different times). Also, they have both an indoor pool AND a hot tub. Clean room. Soft bed. Good price!
My husband had surgery at Fort Harrison so the VA provided us with a nice room at the Baymont. We had to have oxygen delivered to our room. Thay took care of it. Our ride back to the Fort the next day got messed up so thay took us back to the fort in a company car. The lady who aranged everything thing for us was Bonnie. Thank you Bonnie for helping take the stress off of us. It was a great place to stay! Earl Stuart
Very nice place! Feels clean and comfortable all the way through. Beds are comfy and pillows were great. Only bad part was no microwave and there fridge didn't keep anything cool, even on 7. But there's a microwave in the lobby and the morning clerk took note of the fridge. Everyone was very nice! Breakfast was nice and felt comfortable and cozy thanks to the smaller lobby, and not awkward like a lot of hotel mornings do. Food was ok, but I've had better eggs and biscuits. Table seating was a tad tight, but there were no complaints and everyone was polite and understanding about it. Pool was nice looking, even though we sadly didn't get to use it. Workout room didn't feel like an insolated closet like some places! Parking lot is a little tight and there's only one entrance (that I saw). People unloading or checking in ended up being in the way.
