Things I don't like. The smoke detector blinks all night. Room is a little warm.for my taste and I can't seem to get it to cool off.
We have stayed at this hotel on six different occasions and have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied with our experience. It is conveniently located close to our daughters college. We have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and helpful nature of every employee. They definitely go above and beyond to make things just right. The breakfast area is very clean, great variety of food. The rooms are very clean, cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!
I love to stay at this hotel. The staff has great attitudes and the service is wonderful. If you get lucky you'll get one of the really nice room with a balcony. I'll definitely be returning. Thanks for doing hospitality right! Angela
Nice hotel with a great staff. Parking lot is a little ways away & the side walks & parking lots were quite icy. Bed was extremely hard but we've stayed here before & the bed was very comfortable in that room. Excellent breakfast which is included. Love pool & hot tub, good temperatures & not full of chlorine.
The Best Western Premier is a great place to stay, but it's not inexpensive. You get what you pay for: a good night's sleep, a hot breakfast, free parking. The coffee is not good but the location makes up for it. The bar is fun with interesting concoctions. Overall, I am always happy to stay at the Best Western Premiere Great Northern in Helena.
Nice enough hotel. Above average buffet style breakfast. Friendly staff. Room is nice. Bed is fine. Price is very good for the quality and remodel age.
