The staff was excellent. The door handle to the bathroom broke, locking us out. We were accommodated fairly, but not the most impressive thing to happen.
The location can be seen coming into town (as we were coming from Billings). It was pretty easy to get to. The appearance inside is very nice and the staff is friendly. The single room was pretty big. The continental breakfast had a variety of items: cereal, waffles and omelettes. The room was well kept, but I did find a Sugar Daddy candy nugget on the floor next to the bed and I don't know how long it was there. It is in the other side of town, but luckily it didn't take long to get to downtown. Otherwise a nice stay.
This property is an older Fairfield, but has been remodeled. The rooms are smaller but that's my only complaint. Our room was really clean, comfortable, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The pool and hot tub were great too.
Easy access from freeway. Clean room. Hallway wall color combined with carpet pattern choice was dizzying. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was below the usual standard.
Update: The management group that runs the hotel reached out to personally apologize and offer some bonus points. I've bumped my review to 4 stars simply because the people factor has been outstanding. If the room had no problems, it would be a 5. Truth is, things happen, so how the company responds is more important than if things are always perfect.
Spent the night after taking gear up to a wildfire. The gentleman working the desk was very courteous and professional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
