However, the food in restaurant was good, nice TV with HD stations, (Stars movie channel). The refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot are fine but you will need your own hairdryer.
A 3rd party booked the room, and I called in advance to change to a non smoking room. After having been assured I was switched to a non smoking room, I arrived to note that I had been switched to a smaller smoking room, and of course the hotel was booked so there was nothing they could do about it.
We got room 411. The room floor was so hot that I thought they forgot to turn off the heat, and is 08/24/17. When I asked the front desk if the floors are heated the answer was no. They said someone will come and check, but nobody came. So we slept in a very hot room, because the AC was too close to the bed, to turn it on. We had to choose between boiling or freezing. The room is outdated, the toilet had traces of poop on it. At least the sheets were clean. In the parking lot a big truck was running the engine the whole night. Next morning we went for breakfast, and we had to wait about 20 min until someone came and got our order. The food was good: scrambled eggs, sausage and hash browns.
You won’t get much sleep due to loud neighbors, traffic from road and stinky room trash cans.
Additionally I was told that the reason I couldn’t connect to the WiFi was that they were booked and that it was a common problem.
Clean reasonably priced rooms. Easy access to the interstate and the State of Montana Capital Complex make Jorgenson's a popular travelers destination.
Given the filth and noise, you might try another hotel until the management gets these issues addressed...
I was placed in a renovated room that at first glance looked great. But, after checking in, I noticed the extremely poor housekeeping. The room trash cans are absolutely filthy.! Mold in shower, carpet stains, holes in walls, burned out light bulbs, large gap between floor and bottom of front door, (mouse in room).
Don’t stay here.
Besides the hotel, the restaurant and lounge are also we'll run. The restaurant has great early bird specials and hosts Mothers day and other holiday buffets
Had breakfast there this morning. The chiefs skillet was awesome. Fresh vegetables, sausage was wonderful. It's always a plus when the food is great and they give you way too much! Ask for a go box! Staff was very nice, clean, calm peaceful breakfast.
