Lobby remodel is nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was really good. Only reason I am not at 4 stars is due to a strange red liquid stain on the floor if my room. Not sure what it could be.
Great remodel. Meeting rooms and the support staff to make sure room was the way we needed it was terrific.
Sunday brunch, wow let's start by saying the staff is pretty decent but the food is absolutely horrible. The prime rib in the ham are not kept warm holding temperature around 90. The smoked salmon holding temperature also around 70 not sitting in an ice bath just sitting out on the counter. The potatoes taste like half cooked mushy Frozen potatoes. The vegetables are not fresh at all more like half cooked mushy frozen out of the bag. The bacon taste like it was cooked two days ago. I think the biscuits are left over from last week and reheated. None of the food on the steam table was at temperature or anywhere near it lukewarm at best. I'm not sure how no one has gotten sick yet from eating at this Sunday brunch. If you're not going to do it right just shut it down and do something else. The only redeeming quality was the guy at The Omelette station after we threw the rest of our food out we got an omelette that was not bad at all. Maybe send that guy to a Hyatt or Marriott Sunday brunch somewhere in California or Seattle and then listen to him when he tells you how to do it because you guys really have no clue. If you want to put out a lot of very very low quality food you might as well just open a feedlot.
I rarely stay at this hotel because it's old and not a 4 star. I can't stand it when chains market their hotels better than they are. However, I had a last minute meeting and my regular motel was full. I checked in and my room was full of pet hair and there was food left on the counter. Clearly the room wasn't fully cleaned. The staff upgraded my room right next to a main door opening. Ugh.... for a Radisson very disappointing. There are better choices
Room was clean and spacious, but felt sanitary like a dental office. No pictures on wall, just not a homey feeling. Lounge area was comfortable and casual, this was better than my room appearance. Friendly Staff.
