I spent 4 nights here on a business trip. My room was very nice and clean! It had everything I needed. The kitchenette saved me a lot of money, I didn't have to go out everyday to eat. They also have free breakfast, it wasn't my favorite but it was good enough to start my day. I wish they didn't serve powdered eggs though. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings they have what they call social nights with free food and non-alcoholic drinks. I got the chance to go on Tuesday and they had brats, veggies, salad, etc. My favorite part was their shuttle would take you everywhere, the drivers were very nice and punctual. I highly recommend this place, I'm pretty sure I will be back!

Very comfortable studios with full kitchens. Daily housekeeping service available if desired. Breakfast is far better than what other hotels provide. A number of evening socials with food are also included. Appears the hotel will undergo renovations soon. Common areas are in desperate need of new furniture. Cloth chairs in the dinning area are soiled and unappealing. The beds are less comfortable than those in other Marriott properties where I have stayed.
This is not a great hotel. Check-in lady was extremely short with me. Did nothing to really acknowledge me. The hotel is clean enough, but the bed was horrible. The slip in it was visable from the front door. Between the radio in the next room and the cars on the highway, sleep was difficult. Shower head also sucked. Again, it was clean, breakfast was fine, but I will never stay here again until they so some updating.
Stayed 5 nights at this hotel and the stay was flawless. From the first evening of check in with Ashley at the front desk. To the nightly wake up call requests during my entire trip, night shift. The staff executed flawlessly and I wanted to recognize the few names I came across. This hotel staff is the best I have seen all year. I travel over 40% a year, so I have some experience here. Stephanie, the day manager I believe, settled an issue for two of our team employees. The issue was availability and room rate for a return trip in February. Stephanie was able to make changes and keep our team together for our return trip. Other great employees of this hotel were the housekeeping and breakfast staff, didn't get their names. Lastly, The owner of the establishment walked the dining area one evening during the Social and explained her mission to us was simple in our conversation. "Clean and friendliest Hotel" in Helena. After hearing that, and my recent stay, I will say "Mission Accomplished". The hotel and grounds are newer, hotel built around 2 years ago, and everything worked well. It was quiet and I got great sleep. Can't say enough good things, and wouldn't even try to stay somewhere else. No Contest. Video on the YouTube Channel.
Room 315. Splendid view. Splendid service. Splendid room. Nice pool and hot tub too
