Great hotel. Comfortable beds and the pillows are great. They have veteran reserved parking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The AC took a bit of figuring, but once it was sorted it worked. The breakfast could use a little proton instead of just carbs, but that is petty common here in America.
All TV channels are green with no image, remote buttons do not correspond to their actions. Front desk lady was playing some game on her phone the whole time I was talking to her and never looked up at me once during our conversation about these issues. She was also slurring her speech and smelled strongly of alcohol.... At 7pm, not that this would be acceptable at any time of day. No discount of any sort for nonfunctional TV or the toilet with the leaking seal that loudly refills the tank every minute and a half. Bed was decent. Should have gone to the LaQuinta next door.
AC broken in some rooms. Appliances and lamps sometimes left unplugged, lack of outlets. Talked to the pool manager, very kind guy. Takes care of pool very well. Whole management is very kind and works hard to keep us pleased. A bit dated but is better than sleeping in a car parked along side a highway. Great take out breakfast too!
Rooms are clean but outdated. Front desk was slow due to new computer system that had everyone stressed out. Wasn't a bad stay all together.
Staff was awesome!! Room decor could use an update but the room was very clean and well maintained. Happiest housekeeping staff I've ever seen, the little head housekeeper and her big assistant were so helpful, and pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to our next visit.
